There were delays to traffic along the A35 due to a crash earlier today.
A crash near to the petrol station in Winterbourne Abbas is causing delays to motorists heading along the Eastbound carriageway.
It was reported at around 12.30pm on the Dorset Council travel map website.
The accident has now been cleared and traffic has returned to normal.
Dorset Police has said it was a single vehicle collision and no injuries were reported.
A passing officer saw the incident and the car was already off the road and required no police assistance.
The owner of the vehicle arranged recovery of the vehicle.
