Three firework displays set for Portland have been linked to Netflix filming.

Portland Port have issued a ‘local notice to mariners’ that on Tuesday, October 1, three firework displays are set to take place in Portland Inner Harbour between 7.30pm and 10.30pm.

It is understood that these displays are linked to the filming of ‘The Woman in Cabin 10,’ which sees Keira Knightley take on the lead role of a travel journalist.

Each display will take place for up to five minutes.

The firework displays will be conducted from Quest 2 and a temporary exclusion zone will be in place with a radius of 250 metres centred on Quest 2.

All vessels and people must keep clear for the duration of the firework displays.

It has also been revealed that a star-studded cast will be joining Keira Knightley, including Ted Lasso star Hannah Waddingham and Memento’s Guy Pearce.

Guy Pearce has reportedly been spotted in Weymouth this week.

Other stars joining the already impressive cast include The Gentlemen’s Daniel Ings, Skins actress Kaya Scodelario, Sherwood star David Morrissey and The Morning Show’s Mbatha-Raw.

Viewers will also see David Ajala, Art Malik, Lisa Loven Kongsli, Gitte Witt, Christopher Rygh and Pail Kaye join the ensemble.

Film crews can currently be seen set up in the area of Portland Port, with filming set to take place on luxury superyacht ‘The Savannah.’
