The countdown is on as a British wildlife presenter who is best known for appearing on a popular BBC series is heading to Weymouth.

Naturalist and explorer Steve Backshall tracked down 60 of the world’s deadliest animals in hit children’s TV show Deadly 60, and now he is setting off on a UK tour to bring his tales of the ocean to life.

He will be performing at Weymouth Pavilion next month on Thursday, October 31 at 2pm.

Steve Backshall’s Ocean is a love letter to ‘the most exciting environment on our planet’ and a great way to learn more about what we need to do to save our seas.

He will use stunts, experiments, props, cutting edge science and big screen footage from his two decades in TV to bring the icons of the Big Blue to life.

From great whites to great whales, seals to sardine shoals, orca to the oddities of the deep, this is a show for the whole family to enjoy

Tickets start from £27.50 and can be purchased here: https://weymouthpavilion.com/shows/steve-backshalls-ocean/.
