ARRIAN KAVEH, aged 36, of St Thomas Street, Weymouth. Admitted to causing another person harm or distress with threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour on High West Street, Dorchester on August 17, 2024. Fined £155. Must also pay court costs of £85.
PAUL MURPHY aged 45, of Chelmsford Street, Weymouth. Admitted to breaching a community order made by Poole Magistrates Court by failing to attend appointments as directed on May 5 and August 5, 2024, without a reasonable excuse. Fined £50.
SAMUEL COULSON, aged 34, of Corporation Road, Weymouth. Admitted to possession of a small package of the Class A drug cocaine on August 21, 2024, in Weymouth. Also admitted to driving a car on Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion on their breath was 80 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 microgrammes. Disqualified from driving for 17 months, may be reduced by 17 weeks pending completion of a course, and fined £440. Drugs to be forfeited and destroyed and fined £146. To pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £176.

GEORGE GUTHRIE, aged 64, of Chickerell Road, Chickerell. Admitted to driving a car on March 5, 2024, on Chickerell Road at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 35mph. Fined £224, must also pay a surcharge of £90 and court costs of £110. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.
