Thousands put on their wellies and flocked to the Dorset County Show to take in the best the county has to offer.
Taking place at the Dorchester Showground, this two-day weekend event is a celebration of all things Dorset countryside.
Whilst last year the event enjoyed warm sunshine, this year saw a mix of overcast clouds and rain.

However, many were undeterred, putting on their boots and wellies to step out onto the showground and have a good time.
Sam Reece from Sutton Poyntz enjoyed watching the show jumping with her family. She said: "We have been coming for many many years.
"We have three generations visiting this show. I absolutely love it, I look forward to it every year, everybody is so friendly.
"I have my own horse, so it is inspirational to see what people are doing with theirs."
Becky Rockett from Bournemouth visited with her mum Christine McCleery. She said: "We have done lots of shows this year but not in Dorset, and this is our first time visiting this one.
"It is nice to see there is so much going on. I am enjoying the show jumping and the different horse events.
"I will definitely come again - especially because my dogs are enjoying it."
Nicole Willis's family uses the event as an excuse to get the whole family together. She said: "We come most years with the kids. It is like a family thing, my aunts, uncles and sisters all come."
Lance and Phoebe Ford attended with their young baby. Lance works in agriculture, so for him the show is also a social event. He said: "It is a shame about the weather, but it is good from what I have seen so far.
"Everybody is in one place so we can catch up."
Phoebe added: "We have been quite a few years in a row, but it is our baby's first time. I am looking forward to seeing the alpacas."
Show Organiser James Cox said: "It was a joy to see the showground busy despite the weather on Saturday but much to everyone’s delight the sun came out on Sunday.
"I want to thank the public who got in the show spirit even when we had wet weather.
"We have people here from across Dorset to celebrate the agriculture and countryside life.
"New this year are the Atkinson Action Horses, the motorbike display team, and the new alpaca section."
This weekend marked the 184th year and is organised by the Dorchester Agricultural Society (DAS) and takes over a year to plan. More than 300 volunteers help put the show together – one of the largest agricultural shows in the South West.
The Show always takes place on the first weekend of September every year, next year will take place on September 6 and 7.
