A PROBATE and trustee notice for a woman who has died is among the recent public notices published in the Dorset Echo.
It is for Stephanie Hurst of Flat 17, Dorchester Apartments, 5-7 Westerhall Road, Weymouth, DT4 7SZ. She died on June 3, 2024.
Anyone who has a claim against the estate should write to Pengillys LLP Solicitors with details before October 31.
They should write to Pengillys LLP Solicitors, 67 St Thomas Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8HB.
When the personal representatives distribute the estate after that date, they only have to take account of claims which they have received by then and will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not by then have had notice.
