A man has denied sexually assaulting a young girl in Weymouth.
Levi Cupper, aged 27, of Newfoundland Drive, Sturminster Newton, pleaded not guilty in Weymouth Magistrates Court on Thursday, August 29 to two charges of sexual assault on a female.
This relates to an incident on October 19, 2023 on Commercial Road, Weymouth.
Cupper is alleged to have intentionally sexually touched a 15-year-old girl when she did not consent, and he did not reasonably believe that she had.
Cupper pleaded not guilty to both charges, and the case next be heard at Bournemouth Crown Court on September 26.
Cupper is on conditional bail not to enter a public house in Weymouth, and not to enter any primary or secondary educational premises.
