OUTDOOR leisure features have been approved for a house at Holt by Dorset planners.
The include a pool, sauna and jacuzzi, listed as “incidental to the enjoyment of the dwelling house.”
Other applications in the wider Wimborne area decided by Dorset Council planning officers include changes to an earlier application for replacement thatch and renovations to a home at Little Pamphill and five new homes to be built at Colehill following the demolition of an existing home and outbuildings on the site.
Also in Holt is agreement for changes to the conversion of a building once used for cart storage into a kitchen/living/dining space and to use a dairy barn annexe for holiday lets.
