A WEYMOUTH property owner has been given approval for a garden log cabin to be used as an annexe – the main property being one of two recently developed in the grounds of another house.

The cabin, roughly 6 by 4 metres, will be fitted with anthracite-coloured windows and is said to be sited in a ‘discrete’ area of the grounds.

There were no objections to the proposal from neighbours, or Weymouth Town Council.
