A PROBATE and trustee notice for a man who has died is among the recent public notices published in the Dorset Echo.
It is for Edward John Leslie Sturmey of 6 Markham Avenue, Weymouth, DT4 0QL. He died on December 14, 2023.
Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925, any persons having a claim against or an interest in the estate of the above named are required to send written particulars thereof to the undersigned on or before October 21, after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
