A tribute act to a popular late rock singer will be making its way to Weymouth for a special performance this month.
Maet LIVE (formerly Maet Loaf) and The Never Neverland Express will be performing the tribute show Hits Out of Hell – the Meat Loaf Songbook at Weymouth Pavilion on Friday, August 23 at 7.30pm.
The show was previously performed in Weymouth in 2022 following the superstar's death in the same year.
It features Meat Loaf lookalike Craig Halford who rose to fame with his band after appearing on ITV’s Stars in Their Eyes and Channel 4's The Last Leg.
The band's line up—comprising drums, bass, lead guitar, keys, and female backing vocals—mirrors Meat Loaf’s own live band, The Neverland Express to give a faithful recreation of the singer's live performances.
Tickets cost £30 and are available to buy on the Weymouth Pavilion website: https://weymouthpavilion.com/
