A woman has been taken to hospital following a crash on a major route.
The B3159 at Goulds Hill has been closed following the single vehicle crash this morning.
The woman is receiving hospital to a minor injury sustained.
Police are currently on the scene and the incident is said to be impacting morning travel.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "At 7.34am on Thursday, August 8, Dorset Police received a report of a single vehicle collision in Goulds Hill in Weymouth.
"Officers are currently in attendance. A woman has been taken to hospital for treatment to a minor injury."
