MINOR changes are being sought for already approved plans for new homes in the grounds of the Sly Fox pub, at Osmington.

The planning application seeks to make alterations to the agreed layout of parking spaces, the restoration of a terrace and what is describes as ‘the regularisation’ of some openings.

A planning consent, approved last year, will see holiday homes in the grounds of the pub and a reduction in size for the pub and restaurant which the developers say will make it viable and similar in size to other pubs with restaurants in the immediate area.

Other Weymouth area applications include new signs at W H Smith in St Mary Street and a proposal to convert a garage for use as a residence for elderly parents.
