The top ten most expensive streets to buy a house in Weymouth have been revealed.

Professional house-buying firm Property Solvers tracked average sold price data from HM Land Registry since 2019 to see where the highest and lowest-priced homes are located across the Weymouth postcodes.

Only streets with more than three sales in the past five years were included.

Bowleaze Coveway, Belle Vue Road and Plaisters Lane have some of the highest-valued homes across this region.

“It’s therefore worth noting that, in recent years, a property on Bowleaze Coveway sold for £1,700,000 and, at the other end of the market, there were properties that sold for £57,500 and under on Great George Street, Lennox Street and Davenport Court."
