A wanted man has been apprehended by police after breaching bail conditions.
Officers out on patrol in Weymouth as part of the 100 Days of Summer initiative caught a man who was wanted for multiple breaches of his court bail conditions.
The man was located by police in Bond Street at 1.40pm on Tuesday, July 30 and was taking into police custody.
He was subsequently charged with a breach of bail offence and will be appearing at Poole Magistrates' Court later today (Wednesday, July 31).
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "Officers have located a male that was showing as wanted for multiple breaches of court bail conditions.
"That male is now in police custody, assisting with our enquiries, and will be put before the courts at the earliest opportunity.
"The wanted man was arrested in Bond Street at around 1.40pm on Tuesday, July 30.
"He has been charged with a breach of bail offence and is due to appear before Poole Magistrates’ Court today."
