A man has been injured after a caravan burst into flames.
Firefighters are currently dealing with the blaze near Bournemouth Airport.
A witness said: "A man was taken to hospital by a member of the public. He looked badly hurt."
The fire service initially responded to reports of a heath fire in Parley, but after investigating, they confirmed that the smoke originated from a vehicle fire in Hurn.
A spokesperson for DWFRS stated, "Crews have investigated, and at the moment, this appears to be smoke from a car fire we're also attending on the Avon Causeway near Hurn."
The service was alerted to the incident at 7.10pm.
Firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus are using hose reels to extinguish the fire, and the incident is ongoing.
