TWO people have been left with serious injuries after a horror crash.
Police were called to the B3078 on Cranborne Road, Wimborne, at around 7.20am today after reports of a collision involving two vehicles.
Two people were treated by the ambulance service for serious injuries that are not believed to be life-threatening or life changing.
Officers blocked the road to allow emergency services to deal with the incident and to wait for the vehicles to be recovered.
A Dorset Police spokesperson said: “We received a report at 7.19am of a two-vehicle collision on the B3078 north of Wimborne.
“Two people were treated by the ambulance service for injuries that were believed to be serious but not life-threatening or life changing.
“Road closures have been put in place to allow the emergency services to respond and for the vehicles to be recovered.”
