A free vegan summer market is returning to Dorchester this weekend.
The Dorchester Vegan Summer Market is set to take place on Sunday, August 4 at the historic Maumbury Rings.
The free community event will have around 50 stalls of 100 per cent vegan products.
Many of the stalls will be from local independent businesses offering delicious hot and cold food and drink, including cakes, ice-creams, vegan deli amongst many other delicacies.
There will also be stalls featuring health and beauty care, ethical clothing, eco-friendly products, jewellery, as well as information and advice.
A spokesperson for the event said: "With a lovely outdoor grass venue everyone can come and enjoy this superb event.
"And with a massive amphitheatre you can bring your own blankets or chairs for relaxing and dining.
"With all stalls under gazebos the Vegan Summer Market can go ahead rain or shine and, if weather permits, there will be an inflatable play zone with bouncy castles and slides, an additional attraction for the children and exciting free Gong Bath sessions resonating throughout the rings for everyone to enjoy.
"So whether you're vegan or just curious about the fastest growing phenomenon of our time, everyone is welcome to join us on Sunday, August 4. Make it a date in your diary.
The summer market will be from 10am until 4pm and is fully accessible throughout the venue
Well behaved dogs on leads are also welcome.
