A man has appeared before magistrates facing charges including dangerous driving and failing to stop after a collision involving two pedestrians.
Leon Fowler, aged 24 and from Weymouth, appeared at Poole Magistrates Court today charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent, attempting to cause grievous bodily harm, assault, driving a motor vehicle dangerously, failing to stop after a road accident and failing to report a road accident.
It follows a collision on Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth, which left two pedestrians injured.
The case was sent to Bournemouth Crown Court and Fowler will appear on August 22, to submit a plea.
