Ahead of Camp Bestival, festival goers are being encouraged to take advantage of a free a app to help save time in an emergency.
What3words is a simple way for the public to be prepared, helping them to save time and resources in emergency situations.
The app was designed as a simple way to communicate very precise locations.
It divides the world into a grid of three metre squares, and gives each square a unique identifier consisting of three words: a what3words address.
This means that every viewpoint along a hiking trail, stadium entrance, picnic spot in the park and tent on a campground has its own what3words address.
For example, ///hears.glossed.honest marks an exact spot just outside the front of Lulworth Castle, where Camp Bestival is set to take place at the end of July.

Festival goers will be descending on the estate in the Purbecks from July 25 to July 28 with headline acts including Pete Tong, Paloma Faith, James Arthur and Sophie Ellis Bexter.
Vistitors to the festival will be able to use the app offline, making it ideal for use in areas with an unreliable data connection, such as festivals, as well as beaches, national parks and campsites.
It is available in over 60 languages to date, including Welsh. It is free to download on iOS and Android, and can be accessed via the online map at what3words.com.
