"I was on the shop floor when it happened I think it happened out the back, so I am told."
A second employee sheltering in one of the trolley parks said they had been out in the rain for 'over an hour' and that they could do with some food and drink.
Customers were forced to turn around in the car park to turn around in the car park, or in the case of one gentleman, who wished to remain anonymous, get a bus back home.
He said: "It is a bit annoying as I have just got the bus down here. But it is what it is. At least they have people outside explaining why."
