A main route closed after a vehicle overturned in a crash.
Avon and Somerset Police received a report of an overturned vehicle involved in a single vehicle crash on the A37 Dorchester Road route between Dorchester and Yeovil.
Officers attended the scene with the ambulance service.
There have been no reports of any injuries.
A road closure was put in place from the Ryme Intrinseca turn-off and East Coker turn-off at around 11.57am.
Slow traffic was also reported in the area.
The road reopened at around 2pm.
A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: “We were called at 11.42am to a report that a car had overturned in a single vehicle collision on the A37 Dorchester Road, near Closworth.
“Officers attended alongside the ambulance service and have closed the road to allow the vehicle to be recovered.
“No injuries were reported.”
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 12.01pm on Monday, July 15 to an incident near Yeovil and we sent a double-crewed land ambulance to the scene.”
