Resurfacing work on busy route starts tomorrow (Image: NQ)
A popular route is set to close today.
The overnight closure of Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth will allow resurfacing works to take place.
The closure will be in place daily between 8pm and 5am from Monday, July 15 until Saturday, July 20.
A distance of approximately 1,170 meters will be covered by the closure between the junction at Alma Road and the junction of B3154 (Chickerell Road).
A suggested diversion route has also been put in place and will be sign posted as follows: A354 - B3157 - B3158 - Chickerell Road.
