The semi-detached home at Devon Road, Weymouth, had a guide price of £110,000, and sold to the highest bidder for £170,000.
It was auctioned off online for remote bidding on Wednesday July 10 in a McHugh and Co auction.

This lot was withdrawn from the auction.
