There are only a few days to go until the return of a popular music festival – with a twist.

Purify Festival, which is a ‘traditional music festival with a twist of a wellness event’, is now in its second year and will take place from Friday, July 19 to July 21, in Sturminster Marshall to raise funds for Dorset Mind.

It will take place just off the A31 at Partyfield and Moonacre, an outdoor events space.

Festival organiser, Rosalind Chivers-Dyke said: “It’s shaping up to be our best event yet.

“It’s really exciting stuff and we are now making our final preparations. We are very excited to see how it all unfolds.”

The official line-up complete with all local artists has also been revealed.

This includes Datura, Outlandish, Talk in Code, Carley Varley and Lydia Gee.

Plenty of wellness events will also be taking place, with Rosalind explaining that that ‘laughter yoga’ was ‘really popular’ amongst festival goers last year.
