A suspected knifepoint robber hid under a bed to avoid being arrested, according to police.
A man has been charged with two knifepoint robberies at local food establishments and arrested for a third knifepoint robbery and has been released under investigation.
Neighbourhood police officers attended an address in Weymouth in search of a suspect on Monday.
The man was found hiding under a bed within the property and was arrested on suspicion of both offences.
The man was taken by officers to Weymouth Custody where he was charged for both offences and remanded in custody.
The man has been linked to a further knifepoint robbery incident in Weymouth and was further arrested for this offence and is still under investigation for it.
