A long-running flower festival is once again offering visitors a ‘blooming good time.’
St. Nicholas Church, Moreton has hosted an annual flower festival for many years, inviting people to enjoy beautiful flower displays as well as stalls, refreshments and activities for children.
The event will return from August 24 – 26 from 10am-4pm and this year’s theme is 'Terrific Tales- our favourite stories.'
Entry to the flower festival is free.
St Nicholas is a Church of England parish church in Moreton and is known for its thirteen windows, engraved by the poet and artist Sir Laurence Whistler and the church boasts a further link to fame as Lawrence of Arabia (T E Lawrence) is buried in the new churchyard.
