A WEYMOUTH takeaway is applying to be allowed to stay open until 5am every day.
An application to vary the licensing hours for the Seaside Pizza and Kebab at 113A Dorchester Road has been made to Dorset Council’s licensing team by Mr Sami Bayraktar.
The application says the change for late night refreshments and alcohol will be for takeaway and delivery only, not for consumption on the premises. The current licence limits opening of the premises until 2am.
Comments on the proposed changes have to be received by Dorset Council’s licensing team by July 15.
