There are reports of heavy traffic due to a crash on the A35.
Officers received a report at 2.54pm of a crash involving two lorries at the football grounds roundabout in Dorchester.
No injuries have been reported and the vehicles have been cleared from the carriageway.
Drivers are advised to expect delays.
One driver who was caught up in the crash said traffic is backed up at the roundabout going towards Monkeys Jump, going through Weymouth Avenue way as it was clear.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We received a report at 2.54pm of a collision involving two lorries at the Stadium Roundabout outside Dorchester.
"There were no reports of any injuries.
"The vehicles were cleared from the carriageway and officers left the scene at around 3.05pm."
