"We are dedicated to producing exceptional sparkling wines that truly represent our terroir, using only grapes grown on our 85-acre Dorset vineyard.

"We believe this commitment is crucial as the English wine scene continues to expand rapidly.”

Tommy adds: “Our mission with our traditional method sparkling range is to produce wines which can be enjoyed throughout a meal, not just as an aperitif.”

As reported, the vineyard also secured two gold and two silver accolades at the Sommelier Wine Awards, which reward the best wines on offer for restaurants and bars.

All four wines entered into the competition won either gold or silver medals.

The estate also secured a win in the best sparkling wine category at the International Wine and Spirit Competition in 2020.
