A LOCAL bed and breakfast provider is requesting approval for plans to extend the business by changing the use of two second floor rooms.

The application is one of many which have been validated by Dorset Council and are now open to public comment before being decided.

Also in the list is an application for new signage at the Rock Point Inn, Lyme Regis for the St Austell Brewery.
