Roads in a west Dorset village will be closed for the installation of a new water main.
The roads in Winterbourne Steepleton will be temporarily closed to traffic to enable Wessex Water safe access to carry out horizontal directional drilling of a new water main.
Steepleton Ponds Road will be closed between its junction with A35 and its junction with B3159, a distance of approximately 110 metres.
It will be closed from July 1 until July 5 between 6.30pm and 7am.

The C10 will be closed between its junction with the A35 and its junction with Roman Road, a distance of approximately 590 metres.
It will be closed from July 8 until August 2.
An alternative vehicular route will be signed using; Muckleford Road - A37 - A35.

The order is needed in order to comply with health and safety regulations, which require the provision of safe working areas and to minimise the likelihood of danger to highway users.
Any person who uses or permits the use of a vehicle in contravention of the notice will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £1000.
