A man was arrested after a crash on a village road.
As previously reported, a collision took place in Child Okeford, near Blandford, on Wednesday.
A vehicle hit a wall on the southbound lane of the High Street, near Hayward Lane, at 5.55pm.
Officers attended and arrested the driver, a 48-year-old local man, on suspicion of driving offences. He remains in police custody.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "At around 5.55pm on Wednesday, June 5, Dorset Police received a report that a vehicle had collided with a wall in High Street in Child Okeford near Blandford.
"Officers attended and the driver – a 48-year-old local man – was arrested on suspicion of driving offences. He remains in police custody."
