P/VOC/2024/01238 - Yard to the West of Woolsbridge Business Centre East Burton Road Wool BH20 6HG. Application to remove condition 9 of Approved P/A 6/2016/0526 (Change of use to car washing and valeting, erect canopy and create additional vehicular access with gates) as the subject condition is personal to the previous applicant. Granted.

P/VOC/2024/01867 - 7 Bay View Court Cluny Crescent Swanage. Conversion of existing 7 flats to 5 apartments with replacement roof and porch with variation to condition 4 of planning permission P/FUL/2023/02622 to replace the existing ridge tiles with new. Granted.

P/HOU/2024/01224- 49 East Street Corfe Castle BH20 5EE. Erection of outbuilding for use as workshop/store. Granted.

P/HOU/2024/01623 = Old Dairy Cottage Woolgarston Road Corfe Castle Wareham BH20 5JD.
