A virtual exhibition has been created aimed at helping young people with special educational needs move into adulthood.
The Dorset Careers Hub has created the Virtual Transition Fair in partnership with the Dorset Parent-Carer Council, Parent Careers Together, Dorset Council and BCP.
Inside the virtual exhibition, young people will find a range of information about local support groups and organisations, as well as careers advice and education and employment pathways across Dorset.
The virtual fair is spilt into rooms that users can go between and each stall can be clicked on to learn more about.
A spokesperson for Dorset Council said: "It is aimed at young people, aged 14 and above with special educational needs or disability, parents and carers, practitioners and anyone supporting young people as they move to adult life."
