SANDBANKS’ most popular café remains up for sale more than half a year after it was put on the market.
Jazz Cafe, in Shore Road, was put on the market for £7.5 million by the current owners who have been at the café for the past 28 years.
The long-established café has been a popular place to go for residents and tourists alike over the decades.
Advertised by Rightmove, the café boasts a loyalty scheme with more than 900 members, an ice cream kiosk and a seating area for up to 100 people outside.
Rightmove said: “Located directly on the beach, the Jazz Café is a very long-established business which has been highly successful for many years through a long-standing ownership.
“[It] has an extremely profitable trading history offering catering for parties and events of all types from 20 to 150 guests including private dinners, weddings, birthday parties, barbecues and corporate events.”
It added: “Sandbanks is internationally renowned for its water sports, boating and in addition there is excellent walking, cycling and horse riding along the Jurassic coast, which provides some of the most dramatic scenery.
“This can be accessed by the Sandbanks car ferry, linking Poole to the popular ‘blue flag’ beaches at Shell Bay, Studland, Swanage and the Isle of Purbeck.”
