A TAKEAWAY food outlet has been agreed for one of the Weymouth holiday sites – after the initial application was withdrawn and then re-submitted with alterations to the original scheme.

Planning officers have agreed times that the unit is allowed to be open as part of the planning consent.

Other applications decided in recent days include amendments to previously approved plans for the development of the community Tumbledown Farm where several buildings will be demolished to be replaced by new structures, together with parking provision for cars, minibuses and cycles. Solar panels and electric vehicle charging stations are now included in the site plans.
