A popular Weymouth festival which often attracts thousands of people is returning.
The Weymouth Food and Family Festival will take place once again at Lodmoor Country Park on Saturday, July 27, from 10am-6pm and Sunday July 28, from 10am-5pm.
There will be more than 60 food, drink and arts and crafts stalls over the weekend, as well as a cooking theatre, a dog show, a chilli eating contest and much more.
The chilli eating contest was new to the festival last year and saw six contestants go head to head each day to see who could stomach the hottest chillis.
The line-up for the live music stage has also been revealed and will feature The Speedway Snails, The Undecided and the Weymouth Community Choir.
Last year it is estimated that 6,500 people showed up across the two days.
Tickets start from £4 for adults, £2 for children, £3 for over 65’s and can be purchased here: https://weymouthfoodandfamilyfestival.co.uk/.
