Our property of the week is a home located in the heart of the countryside surrounded by stunning views.

The stone country house located in Tatton, Chickerell, sits on an impressive 4.7 acres of land.

The current owners explained that they fell in love with the views at the home, adding that ‘the sunsets are sublime.’

These views can be enjoyed from both inside and outside as there is an attractive patio area perfect for sitting out on during the evening, having barbeques or even sunbathing – whilst current owners have also utilised this space with a hot tub.

Moving on from the patio there is rolling grassland complete with trees, wildflowers and two additional detached bungalows.

There is plenty of natural light running throughout which is enhanced by the bright tones and copious amounts of space.

The property was constructed in the mid last century, although an additional wing has been added in recent times.

The home has plenty of modern aspects with a lot of timber accents to draw it back to the country roots.

Downstairs is the heart of the home as the kitchen and dining room are open plan, providing  a great opportunity for socialising with family and friends, and there are also large bi-fold doors to the corner of the room which adds a dramatic effect and provides a wonderful opportunity for watching the sunsets.
