A village in Dorset will hold a traditional garden fete filled with stalls and games.
The garden fete will take place at the Manor, in Martinstown on Saturday, June 22. It will take place between 2pm to 6pm.
On the day, there will be a selection of traditional fete games including the coconut shy, hook a duck and splat the rat.
There will also be Pimm’s, a tombola, hot dogs, crafts, produce and a beer tent with live music from the Steepleton Players. A grand raffle will be drawn at 5pm.
Proceeds from the event will go to Dorchester Poverty Action.
Entry to the fete is £2, with accompanied children under the age of 16 given free entry. Dogs on leads are welcome. There will be free, on field parking available on the day.
