A TRESPASSER on the railway line caused disruption for passengers.
All lines were blocked between Bournemouth and Branksome on Sunday night, May 26.
South Western Railway reported there had been an incident on the line at around 8.50pm.
Passengers were warned trains may be delayed or revised due to the incident.
Initially, South Western Railway said it estimated disruption to its services would last until the end of the day.
However, lines were reopened at around 9.45pm.
During the disruption, South Western Railway passengers were told they could use tickets on CrossCountry train services between Bournemouth and Reading and the m1 and m2 bus services between Bournemouth and Poole.
