WEYMOUTH College has updated its planning request for an extension to a teaching block which had already been agreed.

It shows what it describes as a number of omissions from the original plans over windows and cladding.

Meanwhile, on the outskirts of the town, at Tatton, there is a request to convert a barn and dairy parlour to holiday accommodation, a move which has become increasingly common  over recent years as patterns in farming change and businesses try to diversify.

In the town centre changes are being proposed to all of the seafront advertising drums.
