A trio of EastEnders stars and a Britain’s Got Talent finalist are among the names that will take part in a charity football match in Dorchester.
The match is set to take place at the Avenue Stadium, Dorchester on Sunday, June 30, kicking off at 3pm - and it follows on from a similar event held last autumn.
This year, the game will raise funds for two charities, the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and the Lexi May Trust- which supports children with terminal or life-limiting conditions in Dorset.
As well as EastEnders star Jake Wood, who plays Max Branning in the BBC TV soap, former star of the show Dean Gaffney - who played Robbie - will return to the Avenue Stadium and will be lining with Matt Lapinskas, who played Anthony Moon in Eastenders from 2011 to 2012.
Britain's Got Talent star and finalist, Flintz, will return for his second appearance at the Avenue after also being a part of the event last year.
Love island’s Billy Brown, Zac Ashford and Josh Brocklebank will also take to the pitch, as too will Married at First sight’s Georges Berthonneauand.
More celebrities set to play in the friendly are due to be announced soon, while their appearances are subject to work commitments.
The match is being run by Sellebrity Soccer, which organises celebrity football matches across the UK. It is being sponsored by Winterborne Hospital, Agincare, Echotown Studio and Dorset PAT testing.
Kelly Park is organising the event this year with Graham Butler.
She said: "It's going to be an amazing game and the faces at the game really make a difference in boosting the awareness and support for the charities. It really takes the funds raised to another level and we can't wait for kick off."
Last year, the game drew in 1,000 spectators to the Avenue and raised a total of £15,000 for Tommy’s Charity, which campaigns to find causes and treatments to save babies’ lives as well as pregnancy and baby loss support.
Fans got the chance to be up close and personal with an array of celebrities at the game including George Best's son, Calum.
Tickets for the match start at £13.70 and can be bought online from https://shorturl.at/esMZW
