A variety of outdoor shows are taking place at venues across Dorchester.
Dorchester Arts is bringing eight theatrical shows to the area from Friday, June 7 – Friday, September 6.
These shows include, Sherlock And Watson, A Murder in the Garden by Calf2Cow, The Comedy of Errors by The HandleBards, Hamlet by The Lord Chamberlain's Men, The Importance of Being Earnest by Rain or Shine Theatre Company, A Summer Sunday with Charlie Bicknell and Louise Innes, Peter Pan by Sisata, Dr Dolittle by Illyria, and The Merry Wives of Windsor by The Pantaloons.
The performances will take place at iconic landmarks such as Maumbury Rings, Athelhampton House and Whitcombe Manor.
Most of the shows are starting between 6pm and 7pm, although A Summer Sunday with Charlie Bicknell and Louise Innes will be a matinee performance starting at 12pm.
