A garden in Weymouth will become a treasure trove of pre-owned books during the Bank Holiday to raise money for a local church.
There will be a Bank Holiday Book Sale at 11 Randall Close in Chickerell, Weymouth on Monday, May 6.
On sale will be a selection of second-hand books as well as plants, bric-a-brac, CDs and DVDs. There will also be a raffle.
The four hour event is due to take place between 10am and 2pm and is weather permitting.
Refreshments will be available as too will homemade cakes, with money raised going to St Mary’s Church on St Mary Street, Weymouth.
