An air ambulance has landed in Weymouth on a medical job.
At around 2pm, an air ambulance was seen flying over the Preston area landing near Preston Road Surgery.
Two ambulances and an operations officer was also present at the scene.
A spokesperson for the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: “We were called at 1.34pm on Thursday, April 25 to an incident in Preston.
"We sent an air ambulance, two double-crewed land ambulances and an operations officer to the scene."
Later today, it was reported a woman sadly died at the scene.
