He died on December 8, 2023, and Chris Keenan c/o Humphries Kirk LLP Wareham wishes to hear from anyone who has a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr Bascombe, pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925.
They are required to send written particulars on or before May 28, 2024, after which date the estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.

A probate and trustee notice has been issued for Richard John Waterman of Wolfeton Manor Care Home, 16 East Hill, Charminster, Dorset, DT2 9QL. He died on August 18, 2023.
Anyone who has a claim against this estate should write to Pengillys LLP Solicitors of Weymouth before July 12, 2024. When the personal representatives distribute the Estate after that date, they only have to take account of claims which they have received by then and will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not by then have had notice.
