A life-saving charity has started a new fundraising campaign encouraging the community to host their own tea and cake event.
Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance has recently launched a new fundraising project, ‘Brew for the Crew,’ encouraging friends, family, colleagues, or even the wider community to gather for a catchup over tea and cakes while fundraising for the charity.
People can sign up for free where they will be given access to a fundraising pack with template posters, invitations, cake recipe cards, cake toppers and bunting.
Emma Jones, DSAA’s Fundraising Manager, said: “Brew for the Crew is such a lovely, simple way of raising funds for our life-saving charity.
“Whether you hold your event at work, at home, as a group within the community, or at school, your support will make a huge difference and enable us to be there for patients today, tomorrow and in the future."
