A new play championing the work of disabled actors will be performed in Dorchester next month.
Dorchester Arts will be hosting the debut performance of Millstream Theatre’s play In Harmony at the Corn Exchange at 2pm on Wednesday, May 8.
It centres on a group of people as they try and figure out away to save their favourite local café which is threatened with closure.
Millstream Theatre is an adult theatre company of actors with learning disabilities from East Dorset. who meet to create original storytelling and drama.
Mark Tattersall, artistic director of Dorchester Arts, said: "We are thrilled to welcome Millstream Theatre Co. to the Corn Exchange.
"This collaboration underscores our commitment to providing a platform for inclusive storytelling and building connections within our community. It’s going to be a fantastic afternoon of theatre!"
