The festival’s food offering is stronger than ever with top-rated producers such as the amazing, Southbourne-based pop-up Texas barbecue experts, Sobo Smoko. An intricately crafted, fully organic, small batch vodka, it’s the taste of Poole in a shot featuring five hand-picked British seaweed with ripples of wasabi, galangal, yuzu, bergamot and sea buckthorn.
